Product Purchase & Delivery Policy
All payments are processed securely through My Commerce a Digital River Company. VASST Software does not directly process payments through this website. Any problems you may encounter with orders should be directed to My Commerce support.
Refund Policy
Since VASST Software is offering non-tangible and irrevocable digital products, we do NOT issue refunds after a purchase is made of a product that has a free trial. Free trials give you 15 days to try the fully functioning product. You should use this time to evaluate if the product meets your needs. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with the download, we will fix the problem.
For FASST Apps which do not offer a free trial, you have 48 hours to inspect your purchase to determine if it does not meet with the expectations laid forth by VASST Software. In the event that you wish to receive a refund, VASST Software will issue you a refund and ask you to specify how the product failed to live up to expectations.
All refunds must be requested through My Commerce / Digital River. When you make a qualifying return, they are generally processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your claim and find it eligible for a return. Refunds are applied to the original payment option through My Commerce.
Support Policy
VASST offers support via email only. We will do our best to answer and support emails with 1 to 5 business days. Please include the name of the product you are having difficulty with, version of Vegas Pro or Movie Studio that you are using, and any steps to reproduce the problem. This will help us diagnose the issue as quickly as possible.
License Keys
Your license key is your purchase. Please keep it in a safe place. If you lose your license key, you can always find it in your past orders at My Commerce. If you purchased our software through Sony or MAGIX, please go to your account on those respective web sites to retrieve it. We do not have any record of the license key that Sony or MAGIX sold you but we can lookup keys sold by VASST Software if needed, by sending us an email.
